Over the May-July period 2011, we learned Research in Motion's (RIMM) Blackberry line was suffering from one of the lowest loyalty rates among handset manufacturers. Most worryingly for Blackberry, current customers were planning to switch to the iPhone – costing RIM its most lucrative customers.
RIMM share price fell from $48.10 to $15.08 from May-December, 2011.
